Probably my least favorite Numan album,
though there are a few gems on here, most notably Dream Killer, Heart,
and Whisper.
Gary ventured into heavy use of samples
on this album. It's more funk/dance stylized than any previous album.
To me, the style seems contrived.
This album completed Gary's 3-record
deal with I.R.S. and his tumultuous relationship with the record label. |
